Custom Left Handed Guitars

The Gaskell VIKING is inspired by another famous series of basses which are no longer made left handed. 

Ours is made of Japanese Ash with neck-thru construction using maple for the neck/middle! (Neck-thru construction is unheard of on any sub-$1000 guitar of any kind.)

One difference and improvement is that we use a Fender® style bass bridge. The original bridges are notorious for their lack of adjustability. The Fender bridge means the instrument can be properly intonated.

For sound we went with a high quality Chinese made mini humbucker guitar pickup, which is key to the famous and desired sound of this style of bass. Aftermarket pickups are now impossible to get due to the originals being re-patented (how do you do that?) and the third party brand we found are the only ones that make something derivative and in very high quality.  

Save spending thousands of dollars on a second hand original. Buy new! Get a Gaskell Viking bass.
