Custom Left Handed Guitars

The original body design of this guitar was the brainchild of two individual Japanese guitar manufacturers who together came up with the design in 1974. 

From 1975 the guitar was sold under both manufacturer's brands, with the "Iceman" version becoming most associated with Paul Stanley (KISS) for many many years. 

In all these years, however, it has never been available in left hand!  

The Gaskell Ice-Axe is inspired by the late-1990's version of the original, which has twin humbucking pickups, Tun-O-Matic bridge, single volume and tone, body binding and dot inlays. The headstock is a Gaskell, the only part of the guitar that does not resemble the original.  

Gaskell Guitars is the only guitar manufacturer in the world that makes this style of guitar in left hand today.

For many lefty players, this has only ever been a dream guitar.  For the first time ever that dream can now be Reality.
