Custom Left Handed Guitars

Left handed Thunderbird basses have never existed before. Even the right handed versions were released and then discontinued over and over again throughout the decades. There have been many kinds of Thunderbird basses and we have opted for the more practical and popular options for ours. 

Made of mahogany with a NECK THRU join, the Gaskell Thunderbass is suited for all kinds of music and is as popular in Rock n Roll as it is for Jazz or Heavy Metal. The 34" scale gives it the familiar feel most bassists are used to whether they be in the "Fender camp" or the "Gibson camp." Due to the higher costs to make a high quality neck-thru instrument this guitar is our most expensive production guitar.

We are well aware that many left handed bass players are very bitter about the fact that left handed Thunderbirds have been denied them. It is our effort in releasing the Gaskell THUNDERBASS to do something about that. If you ever dreamed of having a left handed Thunderbird style bass then that dream is now reality.
