Custom Left Handed Guitars

"Explorer" guitars are made by Gibson, Epiphone, Hamer, Dean, Ibanez, and Peavey, and NONE of them make them in left hand. Gibson do not even offer theirs through their Custom Shop. No amount of money today will get you a new "original." Left handed guitarists have always had to miss out on this style of guitar... until now.

Redesigned in Australia, the Gaskell Classic has a slightly smaller body than it's inspiration, with a corrected centre of gravity, giving it better balance and playability. It's thinner "60's neck" enables you to easily manage complex chording as well as leading up and down the fret board with ease. Also different, the Classic is controlled by 1 x volume and 2 x tone controls (as with Fender guitars.) Played clean the guitar is moody and full. On overdrive it is pure power with endless sustain.

All Gaskell guitars are fully finished and set up in our workshops in Sydney Australia, or San Diego USA prior to reaching you and include a hard shell case at no extra cost.
